I began my professional career as a geriatric nurse. Ten years and a new family later, I transitioned into the business world. I sold a variety of commodities, worked in the stock market, and ran my own retail business. I have had many titles over the years, but my favorite has been “mom”. That was my why

Despite the dream home, luxury car and extensive travel, when I looked at myself in the mirror I did not recognize or even like the woman I had become. I was unfilled inside and ignored what I felt was my true calling, in pursuit of the next deal.

In 2010 my world stopped with the loss of my little brother. It felt like my heart had been ripped out, without anaesthetic. I was alive but I was dead inside. I questioned everything.

I went on an inward journey, one that took me a lifetime to find the courage to face. It has been said that a spiritual journey is all about light and joy. I am here to tell you that is only a piece of the puzzle. Listening inward is one of life’s biggest challenges. It requires you to have compassion for yourself and forgive yourself, before you can show compassion or forgive others. It also requires you to face your insecurities and false beliefs you have come to believe as true. Listening inward is a continuous process and takes, work—hard work. But the payoff is life changing.

Throughout the process of healing and getting to know myself again, I learned powerful techniques, valuable skills, and discovered incredible tools that have contributed to my holistic happiness and are allowing me to live life on my terms. As a spiritual mentor, my mission is to guide, educate and assist people to heal from the inside out; to facilitate an inward journey of discovery, enabling you to discover and reconnect with your inner strength, power, voice and wisdom.
